Impact Report 2022

This report told the highlights of our journey to the year 2021. We know we still have a lot of work ahead. Acting with sustainability requires the coherence of understanding it as a path and not as an end in itself.

Only available in portuguese.

Our Impact Model is formed by three main pillars:

WALK THE TALK

We believe that integrity and consistency are fundamental to our existence. In this sense, we are concerned with the sustainability of our services and products. We prioritize sustainable suppliers and partners such as social businesses, nonprofit organizations, and certified B Corps or organizations with positive impact.

GIVING BACK

We aim to identify possibilities of cooperation so that the organizations and entrepreneurs from our network might establish win-win partnerships with our customers. It is very important for us to be inclusive. We count on different strategies such as offering places for local partners to be part of our programs or creating opportunities for individuals and organisations from underserved communities to participate and benefit from our activities.

ACHIEVING GLOBAL SOCIAL IMPACT

We foster positive transformation in the individuals, organisations and communities we serve. Those will continue a ripple effect, positively impacting and benefiting other individuals, organizations and communities with ethical, caring and sustainable actions.

Sustainable Development Goals

The United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals call on businesses everywhere to advance sustainable development through the investments they make, the solutions they develop, and the business practices they adopt.

We.Flow recognizes it as an important initiative for a fairer world focused on the welfare of all beings. Therefore, we directly and indirectly contribute to the implementation of some of the following SDGs:

Inner Development Goals

The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) were developed as a framework of transformative competencies for sustainable development. The current IDG framework represents 5 dimensions and 23 competencies and qualities that are especially crucial for leaders dealing with the SDGs.

We believe that leaders developed and aligned with the SDGs and IDGs can create better ESG policies and frameworks and integrate them throughout the organization, ensuring a consistency of messages and execution in every line of strategy and business.
