In December 2014, Alessandra Schmidt founded AGS Invest. A social business and consultancy aiming to contribute to the rapid advancement of social inclusion through the mobilization of resources, finding meaningful interventions that impact citizens.
2015
Paulo Cruz Filho joined the company. Instituto SIVIS was AGS’s first client, in a work that involved the mobilization of strategic partnerships, team building and fundraising. That same year, a partnership was formed with the Curitiba Festival, in the areas of fundraising, training and development of the commercial team.
2016
Alessandra Schmidt, Paulo Cruz and Flavia Feliz were involved in some of Fundação Estudar’s projects, such as Laboratório Na Prática and Ene Conference as participants and pro-bono partners. Both initiatives are related to the development of conscious leaders.
2017
Mayara Lopes Schmidt arrived to reinforce the team. This year, in addition to continuing with previous partnerships, the company had important clients in education and training for social impact, such as Ernst Young, Instituto Legado and FAE Business School.
2018
Flavia Feliz became a partner, fulfilling an old dream. In Barcelona, Alessandra Schmidt started working for the Fab Lab Barcelona at IAAC – The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia as a program and team manager. This year, we also provided consulting services to established companies such as Zanlorenzi, Construtora Laguna and NTT Data.
2019
Roberta Domingues joined Paulo and Flavia to co-create the Flowie Impact Experiences program, a social immersion that combines conscious leadership development and connection to Brazil’s ecosystem. This first edition took place in partnership with the University of Southern California (USC) for students of the Master’s Program in Social Entrepreneurship and had 10 participants, over 12 days, visiting 3 cities and more than 30 social companies and organizations visited.
2020
Alessandra, Paulo, Flavia, Roberta, Mayara and Liza Valença got together to co-create a new business model and a new brand for the company, which was renamed We.Flow, now with the aim of contributing to the evolution,of humanity in a conscious, integral and sustainable way. That same year, Raissa Santos joined the team. We.Flow received certification as a pending B Corp.
2021
We.Flow has consolidated itself as an ESG consultancy, aiming at the transformation of companies to generate positive impact. The Being B Program was created with the aim of developing individuals who align their lives to building a better world. Participants from Being B, Gabriel Chemim and Mariana Ribeiro joined the team. Raissa Santos became a partner. We.Flow received official certification as a B Corp.
2022
In 2022 We.Flow was recognized by the B Lab as one of the Best for the World™ companies. It was also the year we published our first impact report and became part of Espaço Legado, our first physical address. We also welcomed Marina Sperafico, Gabriel Seixas and Raquel Baldo to our team.
2023
We began 2023 with yet another expansion in our team, with Fayruz Obeid, Bianca Oliveira and Márcia Sobreira joining us. We expanded our catalog of services with the new Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion area. At the end of the year we returned to Flowie, this time in the Atlantic rainforest on an immersion course covering regenerative leadership issues.
