How we helped

The company is a world reference in socio-environmental care and good governance, and its sustainability strategy is defined globally and deployed in its units around the world in an integrated way with the local reality. This is what happens with Weleda do Brasil.

In this context, the challenge presented was to train leadership and mobilize ambassadors, focusing on changing the mindset to bring sustainability into decision making. The intention was that the leaders would be empowered to be part of the transformation through active conduct in their daily work within the various areas in which they work (Human Relations, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Accounting, IT, etc.).

We.Flow was the company chosen to carry out this work because it combines with excellence the themes of regenerative leadership and ESG / sustainability, central themes of the client’s need. In addition, the fact that We.Flow is a certified B Corporation was pointed out as a differential – because in addition to being a certified supplier that adds to the company’s ESG practices – we also know in depth each of the dimensions of the B Impact Assessment that are part of Weleda’s global sustainability strategy (governance, workers, community, customers and environment).

A customized Leadership for Sustainability program was designed, which took place in a hybrid way in 4 meetings throughout the year. The meetings took place in person in São Paulo, with live transmission to the other participants.

The journey was based on the methodology of Theory U. In general, We.Flow connected and facilitated the understanding of managers and managers on topics such as: Sustainability, Circular Economy, Regenerative Agriculture, Low Carbon Production, Conscious Decision Making, Levels of Consciousness and Integral Theory. All this connected with Anthroposophy which is one of Weleda’s pillars.
