ESG Strategy, ESG Report and ESG Flow
How did we help?
ESG strategy developed with a focus on structuring the company’s ESG actions. For this, the following were carried out:
- Initial workshop on ESG and B Corp Certification;
- Diagnosis of socio-environmental impact actions;
- Monitoring and support in completing the B Corp certification assessment platform;
- Stakeholder management and materiality matrix;
- Preparation of the Action Plan focusing on the B Corp certification score and actions;
- Co-construction of the Impact/ESG Strategy;
- Support in the development of social actions and projects with communities close to the company’s headquarters; and preparation of the 2021 ESG Report.
Main results:
- Obtaining a score sufficient to apply for B Corp certification (on the waiting list for verification).
- Construction of the ESG Strategy.
- Formation of Impact Committee.
- National certification zero landfill (Aterro Zero) with the company KWM.
- Preparation of ESG Report (to be published by the company).
