Diversity, Equity and Human Rights training course

JEDI course

Serpro is the largest public information technology company in the world and for 50 years has been modernizing the Brazilian state with strategic solutions for the country.

How we helped

SERPRO had the challenge of creating a Human Rights, Equity and Diversity course that would be made available to everyone in the organization. The demand was for something that was objective (just eight modules of 15 minutes each), without losing the depth that the subject requires, and in a language that would be easily accessible to a large number of people. All this in an extremely short time.

We then put together a content proposal that met all of the organization’s demands, a challenge that required meticulous and assertive research and pedagogical strategy. We also ensured that historically marginalized groups were represented on the three-person teaching staff. The content was approved by SERPRO’s experts on the subject and then recorded in the studio. We.Flow was responsible for recording, editing and delivering the material with vignettes and subtitles.

We also constructed the questions that made up the learning verification system, and the supplementary materials that accompanied the recordings, so that the students could delve deeper into the issues addressed throughout the course.

Main results:

SERPRO’s Human Rights, Equity and Diversity course was one of We.Flow’s major JEDI deliveries and has the potential to raise awareness and inform thousands of people in a light, responsible and assertive way. The delivery was widely recognized by the client, with the main aspects highlighted being the agility of the work, the excellence in the quality of the material produced and the attention to detail throughout the process.

“What a joy to end a work front in a healthy, pleasant atmosphere, and above all with competence, involvement and dedication. (…) We continue to be surprised by WeFlow’s delivery. We admire their work, competence and attention, including this post-delivery email.”
