Development of a social impact immersion in the Brazilian ecosystem combined with a conscious leadership development journey in partnership with the Master in Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California (USC).

- Organization of the immersion program and logistics
- Methodology development and facilitation of the conscious leadership development journey throughout the immersion with a full day retreat
