Biography
Marina Sperafico is an internationalist, teacher and works as the director of human relations and diversity consultant at We.Flow. She has over 15 years’ experience in large corporations, start-ups, government and non-governmental organisations, while also working in social movements for gender justice. She holds a master’s degree in Gender, Development and Globalisation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) through the British government’s Chevening programme, when she was recognised by the Betty Scharf Prize for the best dissertation in Gender and Religion, 2019-2020. There, she founded Representa, a non-profit organisation that has been working since 2020 for racial inclusion in international scholarship programmes. She has a postgraduate degree in Body Psychology from the Reichian Institute and a specialisation in Digital Business from Positivo University. Certified in Negotiation and Women’s Leadership by the Stanford Graduate School of Business, she completed an MBA in Strategic Business Management at ISAE-FGV, where she currently teaches Diversity and Inclusion.
