Mariana Karasiak

Mariana studied philosophy and graduated in fashion design. She has already been President of the NGO IMODA, and served as a Councillor in the Ministry of Culture (Fashion Sector). She was a lecturer for 4 years working on social responsibility projects and undergraduate courses in social entrepreneurship. She has worked with auditing social and environmental responsibility and traceability at the GEP fashion group (CORI, GAP and Luigi Bertolli brands). She has also worked as a social and environmental responsibility auditor in the consumer goods segment with certification programs at SGS ICS Certificadora. She was a member of the Sustainability team at Cia. Hering, where she was D&I leader, working on development programs for the supply chain, donations and entrepreneurship projects and at the SOMA Group, for the Animale, Farm, Hering, Hering Kids, Dzarm, Maria Filó, Foxton, Nati Vozza, Fábula, Cris Barros brands, working on supplier development in the operations area.
