Bachelor in Industrial Design (PUC-PR, BR), she worked for nine years in the interiors and events business, which taught her a lot and improved her interpersonal intelligence and communication skills.
Since 2018, as the General, Administrative and Financial Coordinator of Ópera de Arame (a reference touristic point of Curitiba-PR), Fay joins her knowledge of the financial part with her ability to manage and lead the team, always seeking excellence and the team’s well-being.
