With over 8 years of experience in the People area, having worked with recruitment, benefits, payroll, culture and internal communication, Bianca is currently an ESG Analyst and focal point in the process of certification as a B Company. She works in the management of socio-environmental projects and in structuring the theme, with collaborations and interventions in diversity and inclusion. Promoter of employer branding and climate, partner relationship management, co-creation of social actions and incentive law management.

Bianca has a degree in Biology, with focus on Corporate Sustainability from Universidade da Cidade de São Paulo. Post Graduated in Processes in Corporate Environments at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
